Come along to experience, discover and learn various ways to use this very useful and flexible method known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often referred to as 'Tapping' as you use your fingers to tap on various points on your face and body.

This workshop seeks to demystify the misconception and misunderstanding associated with Tarot cards. The cards can have many uses and make a great coaching tool.

If you have your own deck of cards bring them along and discover different ways to work with the cards, the associated symbolism and different spreads. No cards, there will be decks available to work with on the day.

A fun and informative day to discover how cards can be useful as a tool for self discovery, decision making, new perspective and accessing your inner wisdom and guidance and so much more.

These Circles, Celebrations and Gatherings work with the energies and themes associated with the different Celtic Festivals and involve a mixture of story telling, connecting with mythology, festive season, meditation/journey, fun creative activities, fire rituals and so much more as we gather in circle to mark the changing of the seasons - letting go of the old and welcoming in the new. Taking time to honour and celebrate our Celtic festival traditions. We also combine the Celtic festival celebration with plant journey and connecting with various plants of the season.

Healing & Sharing Circles [2025 Dates TBC]

These circles will take place throughout the year and involve a sacred space for students and practitioners to share, practice and connect with fellow practitioners within the holistic and energy field. If you have experience in any form of energy work all welcome to come along.

IET - Level 1 Certification [ Sun 3 Nov, 10.30am to 5pm, Youghal]

Come along and learn the first level of IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) and discover this lovely gentle form of hands-on healing technique. IET was developed by a Reiki Master and is a gentler form of energy therapy known to "get the issues out of the tissues" and can be a subtle yet powerful way to remove blocks, issues and dis-ease within the body, mind and spirit. Workbook and certificate provided on completion of Level 1.

Healing Angels of the Energy Field [2025 Dates TBC]

This course is run as 5 weekly classes or 2 half days and is great for angel novice to expert. The course introduces you to the nine healing angels of IET as you learn different ways to connect in and work with these angels.

7 Steps to Transformation [2025 Dates TBC]

This course is run as 7 weekly classes on a 7 step journey working with various themes that progress with each week.

Chakra and Colour [2025 Dates TBC]

This course is run as 7 weekly classes or 2 half days providing you with an introduction into the 7 major chakra energy centres of the body along with using colour for healing and wellbeing.
